Definitely a lot of interesting names in the state. I'm surprised CPHC didn't make your final five, given its size and illiquidity, but it isn't a name I'm excited about either. I owned some AATC in the past, back when it was ISNS. AATC looked much better a few years ago before they paid out all their cash in special dividends.
Very good point in AATC, I should have included that.
CPHC was borderline for me to mention. Best case it is 20-30% undervalued once the land development rolls through.
Worst case we see further secular decline in the horse racing and cards as gambling competition gets worse over time. Neighboring mystic lake is introducing new table games that compete with Canterbury more.
Im not bullish on sports betting coming to Minnesota, and if it does it will almost certainly go to the tribes only.
Agreed. Plus Running Aces takes some of the action, and I don't know that their real estate development is going to pay off. Shakopee as an area looks okay on paper, but in practice I'm not sure it has as much potential as management thinks.

Thanks for the mention!
